Pricing and Payment;
All prices are listed in Canadian currency and may be subject to tax.
Accepted payment methods: Interac (Business account ) or directly on this website.
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed.
Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders will retain the price at checkout.

Delivery/Pick-up
Delivery times are estimates and may be vary due to traffic, weather or volume of orders.
If the customer is not present at the time of delivery, the order will be returned. Additional charges will apply.

Cancellations must be made 24 hours before the scheduled delivery /pick-up. This attracts a 30% fee on your order.
Perishable food items cannot be returned.
Refunds are issued only for the following: Orders we cancel, or Incorrect orders.
Photo or order verification may be required for quality complaints.
Refund decisions are at our sole discretion.
Customers are responsible for proper food handling and storage once the food is delivered or picked up.
We are not liable for issues arising from improper storage, reheating, or delays in consumption.
